Bachelor of Science in Medical Lab Technology
Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology is a 4 years undergraduate programme. This includes three years of classroom studies and six months of internship. The programme deals with identifying and diagnosing diseases with the help of clinical laboratory tests by collecting a wide variety of samples from the body.
Admissions are based on the marks scored in pre-university/+12 or equivalent in science. The students must have studied and passed physics, chemistry, biology as subjects and English as one of the languages.
Lateral admission to this programme is open to students with a diploma from a recognised government board.
