BSMS is a 5.5-year long AYUSH course. Candidates who pursue a Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery are employed as doctors. Like other AYUSH courses, AACCC is the admission conducting body of BSMS courses in India. Admission to BSMS seats is granted on the basis of the NEET-UG score. In addition to qualifying NEET exam, to pursue BSMS candidates also have to qualify for class 12 with at least 50% marks.Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur , RVS Siddha Medical College, Coimbatore Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur are some of the popular colleges offering BSMS courses.
