The Diploma in Civil Engineering course emphasizes the understanding of the techniques and engineering related to building, designing, planning, and maintenance of the buildings. The students are responsible to oversee the design and construction of industrial plant buildings, transmission towers/lines, waterworks, river navigation, airport runaways, skyscrapers, railway lines, irrigation canals, power plants, etc. Candidates are provided with capabilities of advanced analytical, planning, estimation, supervisory and managerial abilities. Manual and computer-based skills are also encouraged through this course.
